Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to our official Return and Refund Policy page. We aim to make your shopping experience excellent. Please read the terms below to understand our return process.

Important: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you change your mind, provided it meets the return conditions. For defective or damaged items, you need to notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

1. Eligibility and General Conditions

To be eligible for a return within 24 hours (due to damage or an apparent defect), your item needs to:

  • Include all its components and original packaging, even if the packaging has been opened.

To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, your item needs to:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and unworn).

To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturer defect, your item needs to:

  • Obtain a technical report from the agency/authorized service center.
  • Include all its components and original packaging, even if the packaging has been opened.

2. Return Timeframes

The duration for initiating a return depends on the reason:

  • Broken or Damaged Product (Apparent Defect): 24 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Change of Mind: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Manufacturer Defect: 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons, including:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Products that have been used or opened [unless defective].

4. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to process your return:

  1. Submit a Request: When you register your return request through a Customer Service Representative by contacting 16113 or via social media pages, they will inform you of the scheduled timeframe for collecting the returned item. During this period, the shipping courier will contact you to arrange the pickup appointment.
  2. Packaging: Make sure to securely pack the product in its original packaging along with all accessories and documents.
  3. Pickup: The shipping courier will contact you to schedule the pickup time.
  4. Inspection: If the return request is approved, the refunded amount will be automatically added to your Raneen Wallet within 48 hours. The overall return process may take from 3 to 5 business days.
  5. Refund: After passing the inspection, the refund process will be completed.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Raneen's wallet within 48 hours.
